About Director Lucy Clementson-Mills, Chartered FCIPD

Having worked as a Group HR Director and in the private sector for over 10 years Lucy set up Culture Three60 to share her people knowledge, passion and expertise with businesses and to bring something different to the world of work, moving away from the traditional “HR” model and instead towards a people organisation framework.

Lucy thrives on sharing her skills to genuinely help people and is extremely passionate about helping organisations attract, engage and inspire their people by focusing on the wellbeing of the business and also its people.  By doing this and by organisations working with their greatest assets for commercial growth; their staff, Lucy believes not only are they contributing to the success of the organisation but also, and most importantly, these people are thriving. 

Lucy offers a planned and systematic approach to enable sustained organisation performance through the involvement of its people and works closely with all of her clients to only propose people solutions that will genuinely work in line with that business and its culture.   

Lucy on a Personal Level

Outside of work Lucy loves spending time with her husband, son and bulldog, Daisy.  Going for walks and being in the great outdoors.  Lucy is a qualified yoga teacher and alongside running her yoga business, Yoga Three60 Lucy is a keen netballer and competes in sports events from marathons to tough mudders.  She is also an avid football fan, supporting her home team of Southampton (for her sins) and loves her music too – from playing the piano to listening to anything from The Beatles through to Taylor Swift!


Lucy’s background includes:

  • Over 10 years Global HR experience developing and delivering HR strategies from start-ups to board level.
  • Created and led a Culture and Performance Department of eight HR professionals - championing the importance of culture to organisational success.
  • Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
  • Qualified High Performance Coach.
  • Won Business In The Community Sieff Award for Wales 2014- recognising the next generation of business leadership and individuals driving sustainability values into the heart of the business.
  • Named in the Wales Online “Top 35 women under the age of 35 leading businesses across Wales” in 2014 and again in 2017.
  • Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, IPOs and working under Private Equity.
  • Named as one of the top 100 Business Women in Wales 2017 - recognising the important contribution women play in the community, the business sector and to the growth of the economy.
